Welcome to allevent! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, websites, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Allevent provides event services including, but not limited to: • Event planning and coordination • Event production and logistics • Venue sourcing and booking • Equipment and decor rentals • Vendor management and staffing • On-site event support Details of the specific services to be rendered will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Clients agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their event needs. • Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals or feedback. • Secure necessary permits, permissions, or insurance not handled by allevent. • Abide by any venue or vendor-specific terms, if applicable. • Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule.
• A deposit (typically 50%) is due upon acceptance of a proposal to confirm your booking. • The remaining balance is due two days prior to the event date. • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. • Late payments may incur additional fees or delay services. Allevent accepts all payment methods.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. • If canceled more than 10 days before the event, the deposit may be credited toward a future booking (subject to availability). • Events canceled within 5 days of the event may be subject to full payment due to incurred costs. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Allevent shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allevent shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or reputation • Vendor errors or failures beyond our control • Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the event services Clients are advised to obtain event insurance for additional protection.
All proprietary content, designs, materials, and creative concepts developed by Allevent remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained in the course of the engagement private and secure, unless required by law to disclose.
Allevent reserves the right to terminate services if: • The event poses safety risks to staff, attendees, or vendors • Illegal activity is observed • There is abusive or inappropriate behavior toward Allevent team members In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Allevent may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
